Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges will be accepted at this time because of COVID19. All in-store and online purchases are final sale. We recommend a professional fitting in store prior to purchase.
Goods purchased on perfectionbrafitting.com can be shipped only within the United States.

Orders of in-stock goods will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.
Backordered goods and special order items will be shipped within 2 business days of their arrival in the store. If a portion of an order is delayed due to backorder or special order, shipping of the entire order may be delayed until all items have arrived. Some items cannot be shipped and will be labeled as such in their item descriptions.
- United States Postal Service (USPS): Shipping will be charged a flat fee of $7, with the exception of Gift Certificates, which will be at no charge. For all orders, we will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for theft after delivery by USPS. Please ship to a secure location!
- Priority Mail includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)
- First Class Mail packages will be sent with a Return Receipt for confirmation of delivery.
- Order online, pickup in store: This is offered free of charge. Customers may come to the store during our business hours to pick up their goods. For a contact-free option, customers may call the store to have a sales associate bring their package to their car and place it in their trunk or back seat.
